Wine Italian sauce for fried and grilled meats

Ingredients
1/2 cup (100 ml) basic sauce of your choice
1 tsp (5 g) tomato paste
1 thin slice of ham
2-3 marinated mushrooms
1/2 onion
1 tbsp (10 g) butter
1/3 hours. h. (70 ml) white fragrant wine
salt
sugar
pepper
citric acid
parsley
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the melted butter. Add consecutively tomato paste, chopped mushrooms and ham, the main sauce and spices. After boil the sauce away from the fire, seasoned with wine and leave a few minutes cover with lid. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.This sauce is suitable for cooked pasta - macaroni, noodles, spaghetti, etc. * The basic sauce is prepared by one of the following recipes: - Основен dark sauce for meat - Основен dark sauce for meat sauces - I type - Основен dark sauce for meat sauces - II type - Основен dark sauce for grilled meats
