# For the meatballs:
300 g beans
300 g potatoes
1 onion
100 g sausage
100 g feta cheese
1 carrot
flour breadcrumbs
pepper, savory, salt
3 eggs
# For the sauce:
yogurt
garlic
paprika, salt

Method
Potatoes, beans, carrots are cooked with onions and smash until a homogeneous mixture. Add the sausage, the feta cheese, three raw eggs and spices. Knead well. Let the mixture sit for a bit. Formed into meatballs, roll them in flour and then in beaten egg-white and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil bath. Serve meatballs with podlucheno yogurt pour the fat, which are fried paprika. Each portion and put two fried poached eggs.
