Ingredients
1 kg zander
1 kg onion
5 cloves garlic
1 cup sunflower oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 bay leaf
2 Allspice
2 lemons
1 tbsp flour
500 g yogurt
4 yolks
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
The fish is cleaned, cut into pieces, add salt is sprinkled with the juice of one lemon, and allowed to stand for 1 hour.
