Zander in Riesling

Ingredients
1 zander
lemon juice 1
2 onions
250 g fresh mushrooms
salt
white pepper
1 tbsp sunflower oil
250 ml white wine Riesling
1 tbsp tarragon
Method
Fish Clean and marinate in lemon juice. Onions cut into cubes and mushrooms into slices. Spread the pan with oil, pour the onion, sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and surrounded by mushrooms. Pour the wine, cover with foil and bake in preheated oven about 35 minutes at 180 C. Before serving, sprinkle with tarragon. To Serve a green salad.
