Zelnik filo pastry

Ingredients
# For the dough:
5 cups flour
1 tsp salt
350 ml water
# For the filling:
500 g sauerkraut
100 ml sunflower oil
savory, paprika, black pepper, salt

Method
In a bowl, sift the flour, add salt, do well and add gradually water. Knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into 4 balls. Roll the balls of dough into thin sheets. In a saucepan add the oil and fry the cabbage well at least 20 minutes before you turn off the heat add savory, pepper and paprika. Wait stuffing to cool. Greased pan with sunflower oil, and all Roll crust put the filling and roll up into a baking dish. Bake at 200C degrees for 45-50 minutes. Is baked pie pour 1/2 cup water and screw with a towel.
