2 courgettes
250 g minced meat
by 1/2 tsp curry and paprika, 1 tbsp vegeta, pepper, salt
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 connection dill
100 g cheese
oil - sunflower oil or butter
# For rice:
250 g rice
1 onion
pepper, salt, 1 tsp dried basil
3 tomatoes
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tbsp tomato paste optional

Courgettes are cut lengthwise in half, carve as forming boat and sprinkle with dill. Garlic, onions and courgettes mid finely and sauté in sunflower oil. Put it in the pan and sprinkle the minced meat as a seasoning. Mix well and all these products are steamed until the water evaporates. The finished mixture is poured into courgettes and bake about 20 minutes in the oven at 200 C. 5 minutes before removing from the oven, sprinkle with cheese. Serve as a garnish sprinkled around the vegetable fennel. Meanwhile, prepare the garnish: Stew onion and rice transparency. Peel tomatoes, Strain and mix with onions and rice. For a more intense red color can add tomato paste. To put spices, broth and 1 liter of water. Stir and allow to stew about 20 minutes with the lid on. Remove the bit from the heat before all the water has evaporated.
