Apples with cream and vanilla cream

Ingredients
apples
chopped walnuts
sugar
butter
500 ml milk
2 yolks
2 tbsp starch
vanilla
Method
Peel apples and are cleared from seed. Filled with walnuts, sugar and a little butter. Turn with foil and baked. Allow the so for 2 days. Then unscrewing and showered with cream made from milk, egg yolks, starch and vanilla. Garnish top with cream.
