Apples stuffed with meat

Ingredients
150 g minced meat mixture
1 kg (about 4) apples
150 g bacon, cut into thin strips
50 g ham
40 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
1 egg
1/3 pm .ch. white wine
olive oil, salt, pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
Wash apples, clean and carefully carved inside them. Pour them with lemon juice to not tarnish. In a pan put the minced meat can be fried for about five minutes, then add the wine, let it evaporate and add salt and pepper and pull the fire. Mix with Parmesan, chopped ham and egg. Fill apples with this mixture. Wrap them carefully with bacon sheet so as to cover them from anywhere. Put a little olive oil in a baking dish and arrange the apples. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. To check if the apples are ready nabotskayte with toothpick if soft so they are ready. Serve the dish still warm.
