Aromatic chicken with parsley

Ingredients
1 chicken
2 tbsp flour
125 g butter
1 egg
1 onion
1/2 head celery
2-3 bunches of parsley
1 lemon
pepper, salt
Method
Chicken cut into portions and fry gently in the butter. Remove and in the same oil fry finely naryazanit light and celery. Add the flour, pour hot water or chicken broth and bring to the boil. Place a meat dish and simmer. When the meat is tender, add chopped parsley and then put pepper, lemon juice and yogurt, which is broken egg.
