Avocado paste with egg

Ingredients
2 avocados
2 eggs
balsamic vinegar
oil
salt
Method
Avocado is cut into two halves lengthwise. Discard the stones. Boil the eggs hard. Crushed with a fork and seasoned with a mixture of olive oil, vinegar and salt. Avocado filled and served.
