Banitsa bread stuffed with feta cheese and fresh sausage

Ingredients
250 g of dry white bread
125 g feta cheese
125 g fresh sausage
2 eggs
75 g fat
1 cup milk
salt
pepper
Method
The bread is cut into thin slices, which are dipped in hot milk and place in pan with preheated oil. Grated feta cheese and chopped sausage mixed with beaten yolks of the eggs and pour over the bread. Top add the beaten egg whites. Appetizer bake in a moderate oven, Serve hot with tomato and pickle or Seasonal garnish.
