Mushrooms are cut in large pieces and stew a part of the butter. Chop in small pieces and fry in a little sunflower oil, add the minced meat, tomatoes and spices. Once its ready, add the mushrooms. Leave to stew together for 3-4 minutes and remove from heat. Peels are divided into 3 parts. In a greased pan with sunflower oil to put the first part of the peel, it will bear half of the filling. On her sprinkle half of the grated cheese. On it is placed second part of the peel and pour the second part of the filling, which again sprinkle remaining cheese. Place the third part of the peel. Eggs and soda is prepared sauce that is poured on the banitsa. On it are arranged several pieces of butter. Bake in a moderate oven until ready.
