Banitsi Fried cheese

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
4 eggs
1 cup flour
50 g butter
fat frying
Method
Involved soft dough 2 eggs, 1 cup water and flour. Divide into 4 balls. Each roll of small pita, which is brushed with butter. Are placed one over the other and are rolled again on a thin crust. Sprinkle with plenty of pre-crumbled feta cheese, mixed with the remaining eggs. Wound on a roll, cut into rings, pressed the sides and fry in more fat.

Today I decided to experiment with this recipe as preparation seemed interesting. However: if you put 2 eggs, 1 cup water and 1 cup flour as a recipe, most get something like energy cocktail.
I suggest you put 2 eggs, 1/2 cup water and about 3 cups flour, because, believe me, if the dough is a little hard, things will get much better. You can also consider and to add a little salt in the paste to make it taste better themselves patties.
