Banitsi of puff

Ingredients
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
pinch of salt
300 g flour
4 eggs
50 g cheese
Method
Boil 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water, milk, fat and salt. Add flour mixture and stir with wooden spoon in a circle in off stove until the dough begins to separate from the walls of the vessel. Remove from heat and after cool down, add one by one third of the eggs, stirring constantly (next egg is added when the previous one is completely absorbed by the dough). Dough out on floured board and izmesva well. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out squares with a side of 6 cm in the middle of which is placed part of the filling of the beaten egg, which is separated 1 tsp of glaze and chopped feta cheese. Squares are folded, pressed removed, coated with beaten egg and bake until golden.

received great patties are just filling me was threefold, with more cheese! I'm very sorry but there is no picture, my camera is broken, but other preparation will necessarily!
