Beans plate with leeks

Ingredients
250 g beans
5 leeks
5-6 carrots
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 lemon
salt and pepper
Method
Boil the beans. Cut the leek into slices and fry in the oil. Add finely grated carrots and seasoned with salt and pepper. In a pan pour row beans, leeks and order etc, finally ending with beans. Pour over the hot water from boiling beans. Top rank lemon slices and put to bake in moderate oven until the fat remains.
