Biscuit rolls with cream

Ingredients
3 eggs
50 g butter
100 g of powdered sugar
80 g flour
pinch of salt
# For the cream:
50 g of powdered sugar
100 g butter
2 yolks
1 tbsp liqueur
50 g jam
Method
Is broken yolks with sugar until white set and begin to fall like a ribbon from the spoon as you raise. Then put half flour and half egg whites broken down into hard snow. Stir gently and add the remaining flour and other broken egg whites. The bottom of the pan is covered with foil, smeared with butter, and pour it into dough flattens very well. Bake 10 minutes in a moderate oven, remove and immediately put on board. Fthe oil is peeled off, the cake sprinkled with sugar and cover with a damp cloth to dry. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan mix on low heat 50 g of powdered sugar and 2 egg yolks. Removed from heat and add the melted butter a little and the liqueur, stirring constantly. With a cream smeared all biscuit crust. On cream smeared jam, rolls up into a roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
