Bread with champagne

Ingredients
3 cups white flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp chopped herbs - parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme
1 tsp ground pepper pinto
2 tbsp chopped green olives
2 tbsp red pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp honey
400 ml dry sparkling wine or sparkling water
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Method
Sift the flour and mix with baking powder, salt, green spices, pepper, olives and peppers. Add honey and gradually pour sparkling wine. Stir with a wooden spoon. The dough is baked in a greased with butter or olive oil rectangular cake. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Bake in preheated 190 C oven 40-50 minutes until well browned. After baking, allow 5 minutes in the form before being ejected.
