Bright moussaka with mashed

Ingredients
600 g minced meat
1 bunch spring onions
2 carrots
400 g canned peas
150 g canned sweet corn
200 g cheese
5-6 potatoes
3-4 tbsp butter
1 / 3 cups milk
pepper, salt
parsley
sunflower oil
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the oil, add the minced meat and fry until crumbs. Carrots, cut into cubes, add to the mince and seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley. The mixture is removed from the heat, add the peas, corn and stir well. Puree is prepared as boil the potatoes peeled and cut into cubes in salted water, blend them and add the milk, the butter, pepper and a little salt. Pour the mixture into a baking dish with minced meat, top cover with mashed potatoes, puree on grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven until golden.
