Cabbage in Alsatian

Ingredients
800 g sauerkraut
4 smoked chops
Frankfurt 4 skinless sausages
2 onions
30 g goose lard
2 apples
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) soup
1/4 cup (50 ml) cherry brandy
white wine
mustard seeds
black pepper
Method
Finely chopped onion stew to a thick paste, add shredded cabbage, grated apple, mustard seeds and grains pepper, tied in a piece of gauze . Cabbage pour the wine and broth so as to be immersed, and zadushva under a blanket. Shortly be added smoked chops and just before the end of stew - cherry brandy. Boiled cabbage is arranged in a dish, placed around the chops and cooked skinless sausages. Serve with boiled potatoes. Instead of cherry brandy can be used other flavored distillate.
