Method
Put them to boil 2 liters of water 1 tbsp salt and place in them the leaves of cabbage for 3 minutes. Remove, put into ice water to cool and dry. Each leaf is covered in a greased bowl. Ends allowed to hang out. The oil is heated and it puts to braised leeks for 3-4 minutes. Add pumpkin and stirred for 3-4 minutes. Put them honey, raisins and vinegar. Add rice, stir and pour the broth. Season to taste. Allow to simmer until liquid is absorbed. Rice was partitioned into bowls. Wind up with hanging over the cabbage leaves. Bowls are put to bake in preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes.

Maggie, again an outstanding idea with options for different fillings! BRAVO! Go to favorites to try!

Thank you for the recipe allows improvisations with filling!

Very nice recipe Magi71 and what Dae kupi4kata

Whatever you Blaga, a form will get!

A sauerkraut that will happen now that I have?

I guess that happens then write the result :)

I did it with cabbage and carrots, but I was afraid to put vinegar so I put 1c. l itself cabbage juice. Liked and were kind of tempting, but perhaps with fresh cabbage will be -hubavo! Unfortunately I have nothing to photograph them!
