Ingredients
1 cup (200 ml) Coca-Cola
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
115 g margarine
3 tbsp (30 g) cocoa
320 g sugar
320 g flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 ml), ayran (buttermilk)
1 tsp (5 g) baking
1 vanilla powder
Method
In bowl mix Coke, fat, margarine and cocoa. Put to boil on medium heat, stirring continuously. In a large bowl mix the sugar, flour and salt. Add the mixture from the pan and stir well. Add the eggs, ayryanat, baking soda and vanilla and stir again very well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.

The cake is wonderful and delicious, but I think it becomes a bit more greasy than necessary. You might need to reduce the margarine. But that everyone will feel like it. Otherwise, it is delicious.
