Sesame bagels - II type

3/4 ​​cup milk
2 tbsp sunflower oil + 3 tbsp melted lard
2 eggs (one spreads)
1 tbsp sugar incomplete
1 tsp salt
20 g yeast
2 and 1/2 cup flour (maybe more)

In a bowl pour heated milk and fat, add salt, sugar, one egg and yeast. Stir with wire. Then send down the flour and kneaded medium soft dough. Leave to rise, raises quite. Knead it and divisible into 8 balls, each ball break of 2 and make wicks that twisted two by two. Beat the second egg and dip bagels in it, then in sesame. Bake at 170-180 C in about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
