Crackers with cheese on puff

1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp mustard powder optional
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup cheese diced

1 cup put water to boil with the butter. Away from heat and pour at once the flour with the salt and possibly mustard. Stir until smooth mixture. Add the eggs, one by one, until a uniform mixture. Add cheese. Spoon the dough is taken and put into piles on a greased baking dish with butter. Smeared with yolk. Bake at moderate oven for 15-20 minutes until golden in color.

Maria, try them with cheese. It melts during baking and is deposited in the cavities inside. Ottawa only taste of baked cheese and is simply unmatched! :)
