Cauliflower Baked sausage

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
90 g feta cheese Parmesan
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
100 cured ham or salami
200 g sauce Béchamel
salt, pepper
Method
Cauliflower cut in rosettes are Boil in boiling salted water until poluomekvane. Drained of water and spread in pre-greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs pan. Add the ham, cut into fine slices or speck, cover with bechamel sauce, to which is added black pepper, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake 20 minutes in a hot oven until crust is formed. Serve hot.
