Puff pastry lightly rolled on Sprinkle a little flour on top. Smeared with beaten egg. Divide into two parts. One half of the dough, sprinkle with salt and another sprinkle with sugar. To differ from the cookies savory snacks, both tests are cut with different shapes. Mouthfuls bake in preheated oven at about 200 C. Optional dough for savory snacks can be sprinkled with caraway seeds or hulled sunflower seeds or sesame seeds, and for sweet dough - sugar mixed with a little cinnamon or vanilla.
