Cherry balls

Ingredients
2 cups fresh pitted cherries
3 tbsp sugar
1 ordinary biscuit
# For the dough:
250 g cocoa butter cookies
150 g soft butter
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2-3 drops almond essence
# Oval:
1 cup ground almonds
Method
Cherries sprinkled with sugar and stand for 15 minutes to put your juice. Drain and mix with grated biscuit. Minced meat biscuits, the butter, sugar, cocoa, almond essence and pressed juice from cherries knead dough which remains 10-15 minutes in the freezer to set. Dough make small buns, in the middle put one cherry and form balls. Rolled in ground almonds and arrange a suitable plateau. Frozen in a freezer and served with chilled napita.
