Chicken fillet with tomato and mayonnaise

300 g chicken (turkey) fillet
1/2 onion
1 large sponge mushroom
2 tomatoes
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
spices to taste

In oil fry onions and mushrooms. Add the meat, cut into strips and fry until it turns rosy. Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes and add to meat. Fry until porazpadnat cubes and add mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, stir and remove from heat.

Yes, I have prepared the dish today. I cook with olive oil - only put 1 tablespoon, place the mushrooms you enough juice and meat too. Use light mayonnaise - not at all greasy :)

Yesterday cooked chicken in this recipe. Not tried it, for which I am very sorry (to fast). All guests liked it a lot and heard a *mmmmmmm*. I did a triple dose, but was never able to photograph. In the evening I had no camera, but today nothing left - everything is eaten:-) Well, I was pleased by the fact that all of them were delicious. Will do it again and I hope then to put a picture. Today I tried this dish and I can tell Mojto *Mmmmm ...*:-) fantastic! And it is exactly for working hosts - both fast, yet delicious.

Now I have prepared this recipe and I liked a lot. Sana really very juicy and tasty, prepared with vegetables and rice side dish to spice I added some garlic powder and a pinch of savory, and I hope my family can enjoy it tonight.
