Chicken legs Shondyu

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
1 onion
150 g mushrooms mushrooms
leaves of onions
olive or sunflower oil for frying
salt
150 ml white wine
pinch of pepper
pinch of coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
Method
Put the legs together with crackling in the pan and fry until golden, remove them and put them in another court. At the same sunflower oil put frying onions. When it becomes transparent, add the mushrooms together with turmeric, pepper, salt and coriander. When the mushrooms and onions are colored by turmeric, add the wine and cook until evaporated. Pour on top of the legs. Cut some leaves of green onions and sprinkle on top.
