Chicken legs with small onions and mushrooms

10-12 upper legs
200 g fresh mushrooms
10-12 small onions
100 g turkey ham
10 cloves of garlic
70 g butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato Sauce
250 g of red wine
500 g prepared vegetable broth
salt. pepper, spices to taste

Boil the vegetable broth. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Pour a leg constantly turn to acquire a golden appearance. Add onions and cook a few minutes. Add purposes mushrooms, chopped ham and shredded garlic. Cook a few minutes. Sprinkle with flour and put tomato sauce. Stirring occasionally to bathe with the sauce. Add wine and bring to the boil. Was then added and the broth was left to boil again. Reduce the heat and low heat cook about 40-50 minutes. Heat the oven to 200C, with a slotted spoon to take out the meat and vegetables and transfer to the tray. Strain is the remains of the sauce and pour the meat. Bake for about 20 minutes.
