Chicken marinated cucumbers

Ingredients
300 g chicken
2-3 pickles
1 tbsp sunflower oil
30 g butter
pinch of cinnamon
1-2 tbsp whiskey
1 egg
2 tbsp yogurt
white pepper
Method
Pre-cooked chicken and pickled cucumbers cut into cubes. Chicken fry in the oil and the butter until redden, add cucumbers - suffocating under the hood. Forge with a pinch of cinnamon, 2-3 pinches of white pepper and 2 tbsp whiskey. Leave the pan without a lid in order to evaporate the alcohol. Beat egg with yogurt. Add to soup and stir until evaporated milk. * These products are a larger portion.
