Chicken with vegetables and soy sauce

Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast
300 g mushrooms of your choice
300 g onion
300 g carrots
3 tbsp light soy sauce
pepper, salt
sunflower oil
Method
Cut meat bites, onion crescents, carrot sticks and mushrooms if they are large. Fry the meat until its color changes. Add mushrooms and after the liquid has evaporated add the carrots. Fry for 5-6 minutes and add the onion. After another 5-6 minutes, add soy sauce if needed salt and pepper.
