Chinese salad with seaweed

Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 large carrot
200 g seaweed
250 g fresh soy sprouts
400 g rice vermicelli
# TOPPING:
2 cloves garlic
light soy sauce
lemon juice
salt

Method
Cucumber and carrot peel and cut into very thin and long strips. Seaweed is prepared under the direction of the container, but usually need to be soaked in hot water for 2-3 hours. Fidel proceed in the same way. Then algae and noodles drain very well. All products are mixed in a large bowl. Grind garlic or passaged with 2-3 tbsp soy sauce, lemon juice and salt. Topping thus prepared was poured onto salad, stir well and doovkusyava if necessary.
