Chocolate Bavarian Cream

Ingredients
2 tbsp brewed strong coffee
3 tbsp water
1 cup milk
4 yolks
3/4 cup powdered sugar
50 g chocolate
1 cup cream
Method
Milk is boiled. Yolks are broken down into a saucepan, put on the fire of the water bath, add a little sugar. Trickle pour hot milk while stirring. Boil in a water bath, stirring constantly until the cream thickens so as to be retained on the end of a spoon. Add chocolate and coffee and stir until dissolved well. Allow to cool. Finally cream stir well shattered cream spill in appropriate forms and cooled.

In the recipe lacks gelatin. Cool-down beat with wire and then gently mixed with shattered cream, taking care not to drop the volume. It is worth trying - it easily and is ideal filling for cakes, cookies or just like that.
