Chocolate-walnut layered cake with biscotti

Ingredients
8 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup ground walnuts
3-4 tbsp cocoa Dr. Oetker
vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
10-12 biscotti
# For the cream:
500 ml milk
1 cup sugar
4-5 tbsp flour
1-2 tbsp cocoa
50 g butter
# For the syrup:
250 ml water + 1 cup sugar
# For glaze:
50 g butter
100 ml milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp starch

Method
For the base: eggs and sugar is broken down to the graying, then add the flour with baking powder, and cocoa the walnuts. Bake in a pan (diameter electric cooker) covered with greased paper. After baking, the base is allowed to cool and was then divided into two. The first part syrup and applied to 1/2 of the cream, then put biscuits and cover with remaining cream smeared. Placed second base, which is also moist. Allow to cool, then pour the hot chocolate and the side is decorated with cream and almonds. Can be sprinkled with coconut and striped sticks. For the cream, milk and sugar are cooked, add the flour first mixed with 100 ml milk and cream boil to thicken. Finally add the chocolate and the butter. For the syrup: Sugar water and boil for about 5 minutes. frosting: All products glaze mix in a pot that is placed on a low heat and the mixture is boiled to thicken thickening.

Cake is interesting, but what and how products chocolate icing and cream, and how much almonds. Biscuits not you irrigate advance something or take the residual moisture from the cream?

There are so many recipes for glazes, including chocolate. and cream and almonds for decoration, everyone can decide how much to put. At least I understand.
