Cigar with beetroot and Brie

Ingredients
400 g white flour plus 50 g to knead
3 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 packet of dry yeast (500 g flour)
1 tbsp sugar
200 ml milk
1/2 head red beet
1 egg
50 g Brie
salt

Method
To prepare the dough first dissolve the yeast in half fresh milk (heated milk to about 40 degrees). Add 1/2 cup flour and sugar. Stir well to obtain a thick paste. Leave to rise. Grate the beets and cut into cubes the Brie. In tray shape well and add, remaining milk, olive oil, grated beets, the feta cheese, almond flour and salt. Begin to knead. The dough has to become soft and elastic. Leave the dough to rise (to double its size double). On the surface floured roll the dough into a rectangular shape. Divide the rectangle of squares. Turn ribbon. Apply cigar with egg on top and leave to rise again. Bake at 180C degrees (no fan) for 20 minutes.
