Ingredients
250 g sugar
250 g almonds
1 tbsp (10 g) Cinnamon
1 tbsp (10 g) nutmeg
1 tsp (5 g) cloves
1 tsp lemon peel
1 tsp candied fruit
3-4 tbsp flour
3 eggs
Method
Sugar and eggs fight about 15 minutes, add clean, finely chopped almonds, grated lemon rind, finely chopped candied fruit, spices and flour kneading the dough firmly. Roll out, cut into pieces and bake at moderate temperature.
