Cores salad with raspberries

Ingredients
1 small head lettuce
75 g fresh raspberries
# For the sauce:
3 tbsp sweet cream
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 sprig fresh mint
50 g lean cooked ham sliced ​​
Method
Salad is cleaned of external poor leaves and green outer leaves removed, washed and arranged in two serving plates. The cores were washed and divided into two, stacked on the green sheet, and on them are distributed raspberries. Cream mix a smooth table with lemon juice and sugar. Mint is finely chopped and added to the cream. Sosa is distributed on the inside of the salad. Ham cut into narrow strips and distributed on portions. The salad is served chilled.
