Cream soup of liver

Ingredients
150 g liver
1 onion
70 g butter
1/4 cup (50 g) flour
1 l soup
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp (10 ml) cognac
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
2 yolks
150 g cream
1 slice white bread
marjoram
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in 20 g butter, add the chopped liver, spices, a little broth and stew until soft. Make a light roux of 40 g butter and flour, dilute with broth is boiled, strain, add blending liver, tomato paste, cognac, wine, salt and soup vazvaryava. Removed from heat and add the cream, whipped with egg yolks. Serve with fried in butter morsels of white bread.
