Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
100 ml vinegar
100 ml vodka
100 ml red wine
150 g honey
1 tbsp ground ginger
salt
Method
Cleaning and washing wings remain in a marinade of all other products 1 night. Arrange in a baking dish, pour marinade, turn fsunflower with oil and bake 45 minutes in a moderate oven. Fthe oil is removed and bake another 10 minutes.
