Ingredients
1 egg
300 ml lemonade or soda water
1-2 pinches of soda
13-15 tbsp flour

Method
The yolk is separated from the egg white. In a bowl pour the yolk, lemonade and soda. Mix. Add flour and mix again. Then the egg white broken down into the snow. Stir gently so as not to decrease egg white. Thin pancakes are made of highly heated stove.

Since, the eggs became too expensive, this recipe save the day. Put and photos.
