Ingredients
500 g white flour +80 g to knead
3 eggs
8 g of dry yeast
50 g sugar
40 g butter
grated rind of 1 lemon
0.2 g vanilla
150 ml lukewarm milk
1 yolk spreads
granulated sugar for sprinkling
chopped walnuts for sprinkling

Method
Sieve the flour. Sprinkle the yeast, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Cut top of the butter. Beat eggs and add them to milk. Spoon knead dough. When the flour is absorbed by the dough dusted small counter and knead until smooth and soft dough. Cover and leave in a warm place until doubled in volume. Again knead lightly and divided into 8 balls. They pretend to be tipped with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Turn at the eight and arrange in pan with baking paper. Cover for rising again. When ready, are coated with egg yolk diluted with a little sunflower oil. Sprinkle with plenty of sugar and some chopped walnuts. Bake at 180 C in the preheating oven. They are ready after 20 to 25 minutes.

made cakes in this recipe, but I shaped them as buns and wreath. I love the dough, but as it deems fit almost double increased the oil and sugar. Were superb. The scones are not filled, and the crown is filled with a mixture of ground walnuts, natural cocoa and brown sugar. Both are sprinkled with brown sugar.
