Ingredients
800 g beef fillet
4 pieces cooked brains
4 pieces of fried liver (beef or chicken)
2 eggs
4 slices of dry white bread without crust
1 tbsp flour
15-20 mushrooms
50 ml white wine
frying fat

pepper
Method
The meat is cleaned of skins, cut into 4 pieces, which are crushed lightly salting is rolled in flour and fry in preheated oil until light brown. Sofas are made from white bread as the slices are dipped in beaten eggs and fry in the same fat.
