1 liter chilled pastry cream
2 cup sugar
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Egg whites are broken down into snow with 1 cup sugar, remaining cup of sugar is mixed with the yolks with a mixer. Cream mix separately with a mixer. Everything is mixed in a large pot with a wooden paddle. Pour into containers and put in the freezer to freeze. While spills in the boxes can be added gradually chocolate spread or topping optional.
