Book pork

1-1.2 kg counter fillet or pork
200 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp rosemary
few slices of chopped bacon
200 g mushrooms
1 onion

The meat is cut into 2 cm thick slices, but not below, but to get like the pages of a book. Salted on all sides. Mayonnaise mixed with mustard, pepper, rosemary and crushed garlic kashitsa with the mixture spreadable fillet by looking to smear a good all pages. Then among the pages stack bacon next mushrooms, onions and then circle so to the end. Once you have filled the pages turning meat in foil and put in the fridge overnight to marinate. The next day, without developing the meat is placed in a baking dish and baked for 2 hours at 200 C, and then opens the top fthe oil, to seal.

We did it with beef fillet and filled it with mushrooms and cheese and bacon - to not dry :) It was very tasty, warm dish is amazing. Me also I liked and cold - like sausage is. No longer has to wonder what to do with the large pieces of meat!

You're right, that sounds stupid :) I mean, I prefer to buy cut steaks and I can not slice them and therefore do not like large pieces of meat, but otherwise it out :)

this is the ultimate recipe. rules I have a few times and my guests love me more :)

It was perfect and very flavorful and tender. So far I've only put rosemary chicken, here also fit together very well. And I had guests and presented flawlessly. My piece was 2 kg, so I extended the cooking time to 3 hours. Super recipe :)
