Pita Sun - II type

1.5 kg flour
3 + 1 egg yolk spreads
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cube of yeast (24 g)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
400 ml water
poppy or sesame seeds for sprinkling optional

In the water cube Dissolve yeast with sugar spoon and allow it rise. Into a suitable container sifted flour and added to it the yogurt, the oil, eggs and salt. Knead the dough, add the yeast and kneading continues. A medium soft dough. The dough is left to rise for about an hour and a half to double the volume. Again mixed and released a ball to the middle of the tray that is pre-greased with sunflower oil. The remaining dough is divided into two parts, of which two are rolled rounds. One is smeared with melted butter. To be put on the other, rolled with a rolling pin two rounds to enlarge (not much) and again smeared with butter. Roll circles cut into 12 parts (first four, then each quarter three). Each part is wound on a roll and placed around the ball in the tray. The pita leave in a warm place to rise (about 30-40 minutes). Leavened pita smeared with separated yolk, beaten with a few drops of water. The pita is baked in advance zagratya to 250 ° C until ready as observed not too red. May be covered if not yet baked inside. Optional can be sprinkled with sesame or poppy.
