Flip coffee

Ingredients
2 tbsp (20 g) of ground coffee
6 yolks
1 cup (200 ml) cocoa liquor
1 cup (200 ml) cognac
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
Muscat walnut
Method
All mix well with a mixer, and before serving sprinkle with a little grated walnut muscat.
