Ingredients
1.5 kg carrots
2 kg green and red peppers
roots of celery and parsley
celery leaves and parsley
Method
Carrots grate finely grater. Peppers cut into cubes or strips. Celery root and parsley peel and grated, and the leaves finely. Mix everything well and freeze in bags.
