Ingredients
1 kg feferoni peppers
2-3 tbsp vinegar
4-5 cloves garlic
sunflower oil
salt
1 bunch parsley

Method
Peppers are washed and dried well. Removed their stems and cut at in large pieces (seeds are not removed). Put them in a pan with sunflower oil and fry under the lid (confused from time to time to not Zagora) for about 5 minutes (should remain slightly crunchy). Remove from heat, add salt and while still warm mixed with vinegar and crushed garlic (pre-mixed). Sprinkle with plenty of chopped parsley. Wishing above can be crushed and feta cheese. Suitable for any garnish grilled meats, and a slight summer dish.
