Fried zander with shrimp

Ingredients
250 g fillet of zander
250 g shrimp
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 sticks celery
2 small zucchini
1 red pepper
4 scallions
100 g mushrooms
5 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp starch
1 tsp curry
ground ginger
3 tbsp soy sauce
salt
coriander
white pepper
Method
The fish is cut into chunks. Mix with shrimp and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Vegetables are washed and cut into strips and washers. In a pan strongly becomes heated the oil. Stirring continuously, fry fish and shrimp for about 3 minutes, remove and keep warm. In a pan put the vegetables and fry for 6-8 minutes to soften not (should be crispy) and sprinkled with wine. The starch is mixed with spices and dissolved in soy sauce, mix well and pour over the vegetables. Dish simmer 3-4 minutes and returned the fish bites and shrimp to equalize the temperature. Serve warm.
