Frog legs of BBQ

450 g frogs'legs
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 sprig of coriander
3-4 sprigs of parsley
1 clove garlic
1 large lemon (juice)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp paprika
Tabasco sauce and lemon for garnish
Legs thawed and washed. Optional feet are divided into single and put in a large plastic bag with a zipper. It add the olive oil, lemon juice, wine. Green spices and garlic finely and also put in the bag. Finally, put the other spices bag is closed, shaken gently and placed in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, and most preferably overnight. marinated legs are removed from the refrigerator about an hour before baking and allowed to relax at room temperature. The BBQ is heated well and it ranked legs. Bake for 1-2 minutes or until ready hand, it is better not to pay often. Serve garnished with lemon slices and Tabasco sauce.
